SIRIO Europe Launches Eight Creatine+ Gummies

  • SIRIO Europe launches eight ready-to-market Creatine+ gummies, including three combinations with magnesium, zinc or vitamin D.
  • SIRIO Europe delivers 3,000 mg or 4,500 mg of creatine per three-gummy serving, depending on the formulation.

SIRIO Europe, a Frankfurt-headquartered nutraceutical gummy and softgel CDMO, announced on September 29 that it has launched eight ready-to-market Creatine+ gummies. The expanded contract manufacturing platform includes three new formulations pairing creatine with magnesium, zinc or vitamin D, giving supplement brands predeveloped options for sports nutrition, cognition and healthy-aging positioning.

The magnesium concept provides 3,000 mg of creatine plus magnesium citrate at 15% of the European reference intake in a three-gummy daily serving. The zinc and vitamin D concepts each provide 4,500 mg of creatine across three gummies; the vitamin D version also contains vitamin B6. All three are pectin-based, vegan and sugar-free, with natural colors and flavors.

The new products join five existing creatine gummies. SIRIO’s Creatine Core range provides 1 g per gummy in pectin or gelatin versions, with sugar-free and sugared options, while Xtra Creatine raises the dose to 1.5 g per gummy in a pectin-based vegan format. The three Creatine+ concepts use a tilted rectangular design that SIRIO calls the Monolith.

Company-cited market data show the number of creatine gummy products in Europe rose 50% in the 12 months through January 2026, while participating brands increased 48%. Gummies still accounted for 3% of European creatine products, compared with 7% in the United States and Canada. Nutritional Outlook noted that clinical evidence generally covers standalone creatine monohydrate, rather than these combined gummy formulations, and that a 2024 EFSA opinion did not support a specific cognitive-function health claim.

SIRIO said the higher doses create formulation challenges around taste, texture and stability. Kasia Kortmann, general manager of SIRIO Europe, said, “The challenge with creatine is not its efficacy but its delivery.”
