Nutriventia Secures NDude Labs Investment for Delivery Technology

  • NDude Labs investment will support the E.D.G.E. low-dose ingredient delivery platform.
  • Funding will also expand clinical research and establish a senior commercial team in the United States.

Nutriventia, a nutraceutical ingredient technology company based in Mumbai, India, has secured a growth investment from NDude Labs, a transaction first reported on September 17. The funding will support its clinical research pipeline, proprietary branded ingredients and E.D.G.E. low-dose delivery platform, alongside a dedicated U.S. commercial operation.

For manufacturers formulating finished supplements, the technology work addresses ingredient bioavailability, stability, taste and controlled release. The company plans to scale the platform while expanding its portfolio, which includes TurmXTRA turmeric, CaffXtend caffeine, sustained-release Melotime melatonin, Ashwanova ashwagandha and long-acting C-Fence vitamin C.

The international expansion will begin with a senior U.S. commercial team, ahead of further work in Europe and Asia-Pacific. Existing ingredients are supplied to formulators and wellness brands in the United States, Europe, Australia, South Korea and Japan, according to reporting on the transaction. The announced investment links further delivery-platform development with support for those customers.

NDude Labs is an investment holding company and operating partner focused on healthcare and wellness, with a presence in India and the United States. Investec advised Nutriventia on the transaction, while Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and Stratage Law Partners provided legal counsel and PwC handled due diligence. Financial terms were not disclosed. Co-founder Vishal Shah linked the partnership to delivery-platform development and clinical research.

“This partnership ensures that we can deepen our clinical pipeline and advance our delivery platforms without compromising on our scientific rigor.”
