- Luna Lab and Mindset are live on the MCP connection for individualized supplement production and fulfillment.
- Proposed packs are checked against ingredient limits, then inspected with multispectral imaging before shipment.
OK Capsule, a personalized supplement manufacturing and fulfillment provider in Reno, Nevada, was reported on September 25 to have begun shipping AI-generated orders through its Model Context Protocol integration into physical production. Luna Lab and Mindset are live on the connection, which translates individualized recommendations into supplement combinations that the company packs and ships.
Mindset’s launch was announced in the company’s newsroom on September 17. Members can describe wellness goals in a conversation with an AI, which selects a combination from the brand’s formulary. Practitioners can also build a recommendation for a client and share the resulting supplement stack, with matching, packing and fulfillment handled through the integration.
The manufacturing connection is the operational development. Proposed packs are checked against ingredient limits before an order is placed, and each pouch is inspected using multispectral imaging against its expected contents before shipment. The system connects a health platform’s recommendation process to on-demand production and quality-control infrastructure.
Luna Lab uses laboratory results, biomarkers and individual goals to build daily supplement packs. The company says it has spent six years developing its on-demand infrastructure, which outside health platforms can access through an API or MCP. The October update reports orders shipping through the integration first introduced in July, extending the earlier software launch into an operating fulfillment service.
