- Cosmos Health’s pipeline exceeds 32.7 million units across pharmaceutical and wellness products; it is not a supplement-only total.
Cosmos Health said on September 28, 2026, that contract manufacturing agreements at its Cana Laboratories plant in Athens, Greece, represent over $20 million in potential revenue over their lifetimes.
The company estimates over $18 million in gross profit from the pipeline. Agreements average about four years, with some extending to ten years. These are management estimates, not recognized revenue or GAAP profit.
Cana manufactures pharmaceuticals and food supplements and also serves third-party customers. Clients provide raw materials under most agreements.
“We are not finished – further investment is already underway to take Cana to the next level of capacity,” said Greg Siokas, Cosmos Health’s CEO.
The company said realized amounts will depend on order timing and product mix.
