- Kasia Kortmann will lead the European CDMO business and develop its regional growth strategy.
- European revenue reached €93.8 million in 2025, up 24.95% from the previous year.
Sirio Pharma’s European nutraceutical CDMO business, SIRIO Europe in Pritzwalk, Germany, announced on September 10 that Kasia Kortmann had been appointed general manager. She will define the region’s long-term strategy and oversee its execution across national markets, joining after Europe became the company’s fastest-growing region in 2025.
European revenue reached €93.8 million last year, a 24.95% increase from 2024. Kortmann’s responsibilities include strengthening customer relationships and developing an organization that can carry out the regional strategy consistently. The appointment covers a multi-country business whose brands operate under different consumer habits and regulatory requirements.
One priority is broadening the ready-to-launch concepts and delivery formats available to brand partners. The portfolio includes gummies, softgels and instant fizzy tablets. That gives the role a direct contract manufacturing remit: connecting regional commercial plans with the formulations and formats that supplement brands can take to market.
Kortmann brings more than 20 years of international commercial leadership. At Ontex, she was general manager for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, Benelux and the Nordics, and also served as vice president for commercial transformation in Europe. Earlier Procter & Gamble roles covered pricing, category management and market expansion. She said the European strategy must reflect differences between individual markets.
“And Europe isn’t one market, it’s twenty-plus, each with its own habits and regulations.”
